Tastemaker Tuesday: Rachel Zoe

Stylist-turned-mother-turned-designer-turned reality show star, Rachel Zoe, is the one of the biggest tastemakers in the industry. This highly coveted stylist is responsible for dressing the likings of Anne Hathaway, Molly Sims, Kate Hudson, Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz, and just about any big name you can think of. Her petite frame and impeccable taste is easily recognizable in her own signature look: boho chic. Maxi dresses, wide legged trousers, oversized frames, and killer accessories? See: Rachel Zoe.

After 20+ years of styling experience and developing close (i mean, speed dial close) relationships with every top designer, Rachel decided to launch her own ready-to-wear collection in Fall 2011. Her debut collection received tremendous feedback and was picked up by the Big 4 (by fashion standards anyways): Neimens, Saks, Barneys, and Nordstroms. We have to admit, that boho chic thing is totally working for her.

“My number one mantra with any body type; be it full figure, petite or somewhere in between; is to find confidence and comfort in your best assets…Fashion does not discriminate-no matter what your size, all women (and men) should look beautiful and embrace what they love most.” – Rachel Zoe
