As a kid, my best friend Mark and I played with Hotwheels. We also played house, Clue, etc.. But Mark was/is a car-lover. He ended up working for VW, and I ended up becoming a fashion designer. But, as a result of my tomboy years with Hotwheels, I have the same admiration for the lines and curves of a well-designed car as I do for a well-tailored bodice and a smooth silhouette.
